Construction of the 80,000 sf MOB and elevated pedestrian bridge was completed in 9-months. Since completing the hospital construction, we have built numerous projects and tenant improvements at the Parker Adventist campus. A phased, expedited reconstruction of the hospital parking areas and relocation of several utility services were included. Construction was completed without disruption to the operating hospital.
