GE Johnson's Special Projects Division (SPD) was developed to respond to the difficult and management-intense projects for our core clients. The SPD usually finds itself dealing with projects that are specialized or very schedule driven. Our work program includes healthcare, tenant finish, advanced technology, education, mixed use, residential, resort, manufacturing, historic renovations, and high profile public and private work.

With over 15 years of service, the SPD operates independently and is set up to respond with the competitiveness of a smaller contractor. We have teams in place in Colorado Springs and Denver with the ability to serve clients throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. The Division is backed by the resources of the larger organization, including the sophisticated accounting systems, pre-construction and estimating capabilities, scheduling, management expertise, master craftsmen and equipment. The SPD is committed to providing GE Johnson's customers with the responsiveness of a smaller organization, yet the strength and resources of the larger Company.
